The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Osmond Bonsey can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Oz was in Dunn Hall at the Uiv.of Me. down the hall from me.He and his
room mate made us all chuckle how they looked out for each other so
they would not forget classes and other housekeeping things. We all
thought this trait must be something special for guys from Surry. He was
a pleasant guy who had come back to school from military service. He was slender as a beanpole and had dark hair then. I had wanted to call
him and say hello but we all put things aside till the next day.We all used to smile with his accent. He achieved beyond any thoughts we had then. A nice guy who remains in the memory of many. Sincerely, Zeke '53 Univ. Me.
